Thank you for the explanation. I've tried the step to set the user profile, but the users' picture only appear in profile page (like in 2:53s), but it doesn't appear in app menu. How can I fix it?

It would be so great if profile details fill in (edit) could be requested and made required right after signing in. It's always so weird to explain you have to go to your profile, and click edit etc.. I also have to track a profile ready status because of this.

How do I set it up so a user can only see data they create via forms? In your example of the three teams, the records were tagged with the team name already. When a user creates records, there needs to be a way to detect the user name and insert it with the record for filtering later. Please give an example of how to go about it.
