A must for lovers of modern art! The art, the museum and also the surrounding are worth every minute!

I enjoyed it when I was there in 2022. Miro was very experimental and collaborative, so it is interesting to see his interaction with other artists over time. The space is tranquil. The views are great, there are Olympic sites nearby and it's a nice walk down from there through gardens and (abandoned?) Catalan farmhouses. You can also go up and ride the cable car up to the castle--great views of the sea and the whole city. I actually spent three days wondering around Monjuic and still missed some of what is up there.

This was an amazing experience when I got to visit. Miro’s work is so hard to describe, but says so much. His anti-paintings were great to see in person. Definitely worth the trip!
