@chetak official....from 31 Dec till date I have changed the foot rest 4 times....I have a urban EV each time they fix it while riding it is hitting the motor....i said I do not want the foot rest and asked for refund they are not willing....if I say I will and complain they are saying go for I real wishes I had purchased a different EV they say you can buy this EV for 1.5 but the showroom in electronic City is forcing customer to by it for 1.40L rupees... anything below that they are not willing to sell it to customer 😢

@chetak help....I had purchased urban EV on 31st December electronic City Bangalore... however the manage and his lady assistant are very rude...I ask a doubt about the EV they are saying this is new vehicle they are also not aware of it... while selling the vehicle to me they were forcing me to buy with all the additional accessories.. like the guards and foot rest also the road side assistance...but after buy the EV they are least bothered to keep me informed about how the Roadside assistance works after 2 months when I checked now they are saying only 4 time i can use this service....

Chetak Urbane has less range 50-60km only even when driving with lot of care. Also in delhi dealer dont apply for state subsidy. Be careful.

Don't buy chetak I purchased chetak premium ev and done payment they said they will deliver the vehicle within 12 days, after the amount transferred i didn't get any updates from them after, i didn't face such irresponsible way of approch from any other vehicle dealer than chetak

Its worst after purchasing my chetak 4 months ago its in service centre for now 3 months its worst service by chetak

Don't buy this bike guys...after service is pain...half of time your bike will be with service centre

Scooter is really good; I am using it since last 2 years.

But please do not go for any Techpack or Data pack related schemes, there is no such software division owned by Bajaj, to support customers.

I am not being able to track my vehicle details for whereabouts and charge details even after paying for data pack charges. Every year it is the same issue.

There is no software or technical help available on Helpline no provided. It is just to divert consumers to service centers.

At service center you will have to go through, long queue of unrepaired vehicle due to non-availability of spares, they don't understand the software of the scooter.



Soon I will take strict legal action in Department of consumer affairs.

Don't buy this scooter, ,i buy this scooter 2 month back... from 6/3/24 its not charging ..Daily once I am charging this ev...form 6/3/24 its in service center..Now they telling it will take another 15 days for repair bez of parts not available ...the service is very bad ...
