Refusal of Kyogle Police to investigate crime scene.

This is a video of "Police Officers" (I use the term loosely) Anthony Smith, and Michael McCormak refusing to investigate a crime scene at the Klyoogle Project at Blackhorse Road, Eden Creek, NSW 2474.

These "men", (Again, I use the term loosely) arrived some 2 days after I made official calls to first the Kyogle police station, and then, after refusal of service by these "police", after I made subsequent calls on the same day to 000 to have the report raised on their official job books.

Not for the first time, these men entered my property by jumping my fence, having entered my property twice before, without warrant, to "unofficially serve" me multiple copies of vexations AVO charges fabricated by my mother after I kicked her out of the property.

Since the time of this video 21, April 2016, in collusion with my mother (or should I say, the other way around), these men have undertaken a campaign of intimidation and harassment against me, culminating in their unlawful assault of my person, in the driveway of the property (which, by law, is considered private land, as an extension of the property itself), prior to these men administering drug and alcohol tests, both of which returned negative.

These "men" are a disgrace to the uniform they wear and the shield they hide behind, and have lied in court to have me convicted of charges of resiting arrest, despite the facts that:

1) I did not resist arrest (If I did, it is quite likely that both of these men would have been severely injured).

2) They did not arrest me prior to their unlawful assault against my person.

Complaints of their unlawful assault were not investigated by senior officers of the Lismore Area Command, who are complicit in a number of unlawful activities these "men" are involved in, and they have also admitted to illegally monitoring my facebook feed.

I am currently appealing this case, and am seeking your help to fund the legal fight for both my appeal, and a separate case I am bringing against these officers for Malicious Prosecution, Assault, Battery, and a number of other charges.
