This is a fully reanimated mod that features Dark Sonic as a Rival. 44 animations in total. Probably mod itself looks not as smooth as it should, but it's still something. There is no change in AI difficulty, even tho I can change it, but it's more complicated than Egg Dragoon's AI for example. Anyway, think of this mod as a New Year gift from me to all of you. So, thank you all for your big support, I really appreciate it.

I'm surprised that Dark Sonic still gets attention despite having one appearance in the Sonic X anime. I enjoy the origin of Dark Sonic and I wish he was acknowledged more within Sonic Team.
As a fan of Sonic X and a fan of the episode that Dark Sonic originated in, I really love this Mod! I like how accurate he looks to the episode he appeared in, I wish his form was expanded on but what're you gonna do with a one-off power up?

Imagine if this was in a game and the final battle is Sonic has to defeat Dark Sonic in his conscience. But throughout the entire game, you get the choices. You can go the good route (normal Sonic), or the evil route (Dark Sonic.) So kind of like Shadow the Hedgehog, but better. A story kind of like Spider-Man Web of Shadows

they should make a game where the final boss is inside Sonic's mind and Sonic has to face Super Dark Sonic as Hyper Sonic. Or a game where there are two Gaming Styles, One is the natural Sonic, the other is Dark Sonic who has to defeat bosses and rivals. So basically a regular Sonic game but with powered up Dark Sonic rival and boss battles.
