Love how the company’s culture cares for true leadership. True leadership is not about how many clubs you presided or whether you were a honor student. True leadership is when you are able to realize a problem and are able to step in and say, “ I will help you take care of it” and step out when there is no need for your leadership. Again, the study of earnings of college vs non-college people does not control for general cognitive ability or motivation/drive. The point is, it's correlation but we are not sure how much is causation.
