Here's the breakdown from the Tutorial:
1. In your timeline, go to the beginning of your edit and hit "I" on your keyboard to mark the In Point.
2. Then go to the end of your edit and hit "O" on your keyboard to mark the Out Point.
3. Go to File - Export - Media.
4. Make sure H.264 is selected
5. Go to the Video tab and click on more.
6. Scroll down until you see Target Bitrate.
7. Increase or decrease the Target Bitrate to determine the quality and file size of your render.

Good job brother. Can you also make a video with the highest possible settings (videos with no compression at all) without being concerned about file size please? When I edit my rendering video files, like adding some text and stuff like that, Premiere somehow compresses file size from 10GB to 1 GB ! I don't want that, I want to keep the file size (10GB), which means I don't need any compression. Isn't it possible? Because I show my videos to client in my own computer, and file size is not an issue for me. Thanks a lot !
