No. As an asian myself, Asians look the same. 🥲

However, you can categorize them by regions. Like, East, South, Middle Eastern or South East asian.
But identifying them by country is quite difficult.

Japanese and Koreans are easier to recognise cause I feel like both have very specific features unique to their ethnicity so if they have stereotypical features to their ethnicity it’s very easy to spot, it’s when Chinese are thrown into the mix that it gets confusing, cause Chinese are actually a lot more diverse in their features so it’s hard to tell, they can look similar to Koreans a lot and sometimes Japanese

But here's the thing tho, it's pretty common that they may look chinese because of an ancestor. I'm malay but some people of my race look chinese despite being fully malay. Some look indian. So you can't really tell. So you need to make sure they're purely chinese then you can ask someone if they know or not.
