Every time I'm having a problem with a painting, I discover an answer on your videos. I've been painting for years, and I still learn something new with every painting, and I appreciate your contribution to that process.

Recently my therapist suggested that i should do some activities or have more hobbies to help with my anxiety and depression, so i decided to start painting with watercolor, It's difficult but it's much more fun than other types of paint, and your videos have helped me a lot, your calm explanations are more comfortable to listen to because I'm autistic and I think others Artists are a little more fussy bothering me, thanks for sharing your knowledge with us ❤

Many thanks to artists as yourself for these videos. They really really help. My achilles heel as always been shadowing and putting colors together that look good. What has really helped is Daniel Smith's interactive chart (on their website) for putting the right colors together, but you have to know to pick colors at opposite sides of the crosshairs that are furthest away from each other. There is a color comparison feature that will show complementaries if there are any, but a lot of those newer non-traditional colors do not have complimentaries and you have to figure out which ones are visually appealing next to other colors, which is time consuming. Having videos demonstrating color collaborations is extremely helpful. All the best! 🙏✌

Louise, you have been my favorite watercolor teacher forever, since I first began just prior to covid. You are a great teacher; thank you for your wonderful insights and demonstrations.
You have definitely developed your own style and it's beautiful :)

p.s. I hope little Leo is well.

I’m SO envious of your detail ability. How does one become so proficient?

Oh I love 💕 all three for different reasons. The little man did move (running) in the background during the video. Thanks so much for sharing this video. Enjoy the weekend!

My drawing skills have dramatically improved through your tutorials, Louise. I practise in my visual diary more often, before painting. 🤗👍🇦🇺
