As you come to the end of an exercise, your motivation may start to drop. Try to push yourself to stay in it, not only through the last 10, but maybe even count 11. Think of using those last 10 counts to put together all of the pieces of the puzzle, to find your best form yet and push yourself to YOUR edge.
