The 4090 is very impressive but I just upgraded my PC to a 3080 and it’s been amazing so far, exceeded my expectations. I play multiplayer games on my 1440p 144hz monitor and story games on my Sony Bravia TV at 4K which supports HDMI 2.1 and I’ve been getting 60-120 FPS on most titles at max settings with RTX and DLSS. Amazing experience, won’t be upgrading my PC for a very long time. 👌

I decided to purchase the 4090. I currently have a 1080ti and a intel gen 7. I thought while I had the funds right now that I would spend it on something I used a lot and want to future proof. I understand peoples opinions are different but it is something I enjoy and want. Unfortunately bought it with a 7700x and hope there wont be to much bottlenecking

fortnite stutters when you first install it because its compiling shaders on the fly. this is a common problem with DX12/UE4 and 5. after a few games it'll stutter way less if at all.

I actually took an NVME M.2 Samsung Pro 970 SSD, with Windows 10 upgraded to Windows 11, from my H670 PG Riptide and put in my ASRock Z690 Extreme. All the files were completely fine, all I had to do was re-activate Windows 11 with an OEM key for like $12. It definitely works.

I bought it more for the encoders and productivity rather than gaming, it makes way more sense for doing actual work with as opposed to gaming. But man the occasional gaming I’m gonna do on this thing has me stoked regardless

Turn on DLDSR 1.25 + DLSS Performance for extra eye candy. Especially noticeable on bigger screens like TVs, the 48" OLED in my case.

I have a 5950X + XR6800XT, do I wanna upgrade.? - YES, but do I need the upgrade. ? - NO
I would consider an upgrade if we get a 7xxx3dx CPU and if the next gen Amd gpus are a huge step forward.

Why use a 240 mm aio when you can put a 360mm in the front? Thats what I did with my Lancool 2 mesh.
