I believe that the officers in question did not demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when detaining Guo.

While I understand that the officers were likely excited about the arrest, it is important to remember that they are still representing the NBI and should conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. This includes refraining from smiling, cheering, or taking selfies while on duty.

I believe that it is important to normalize the expectation of professionalism from NBI officers, regardless of the circumstances. This will help to ensure that the NBI is seen as a credible and trustworthy organization.
