I have one. I recommend getting the Atlas Headrest with it. Game changer.

I picked up a used non Logitech branded Embody (six months old allegedly) for $700 which is a steal and I’ve had it for two weeks now. It’s been great! My previous chair was an Autonomous ErgoChair V1 that I’ve had for 3 years and has been good.

Since using the Embody (compared to my ErgoChair), I have drastically less lower back discomfort, even though it doesn’t have lumbar adjustment, and the blood flow throughout my legs is much better.

Sitting in this chair is like riding on the suspension of a luxury vehicle over bumpy roads. The car absorbs almost every bump and the ride is soooo comfortable.

The only thing I miss about my ErgoChair is the completely mesh backrest. My floor fan was able to cool my back off, which was really nice. The Embody is not hot and sweaty by any means. I just can’t feel my fan anymore. Lol.

Have the Miller Sit-Stand desks at work. Very sturdy, good range, definitely minimalistic. Did run into problems with motors lock up if not used for a few weeks and need to be reset by driving them all the way down (helpful tip). Wish it had preset heights on the models we have.

I had an Embody, returned it for an Aeron at a huge loss. The seat is great, but the back is the issue. What no one talks about in dozens of these paid reviews, is that the recline tension, back angle, and flex stiffness are all adjusted by the same control. If you adjust the seat so the recline will be firm enough that you can recline back with a little pressure, this also adjusts the angle of the back to an upright position, and it will no longer be flexible at this point. The issue with this is that the upright position is literally the worst ergonomics I have ever had in any "ergonomic" chair. There's no lumbar support and it forces your upper back into this wierd forward hunched position which was causing me extreme mid back pain. The only way I could overcome this was by winding the back tension right off, and locking the recline in the uppermost position (this also removes all tension from the recline, so you have to use the lock, otherwise you will be flopping backward). This allowed for the seat back to flex backward enough under my body weight to overcome that wierd hunched forward position. It is fairly comfortable like this, but the position is too relaxed (for me) for any serious tasking or keyboard use. It might be fine if you only use it to game, but it's a rediculous amount of money to spend on a chair that has fundamental issues like this. Having a choice of either the using the recline function, or the flexibilbe back, because you can't have both at the same time, seems at odds with the design language of the chair.
The arms are also junk, the fact that they have no forward and back motion means they are unusable as you'll be positioning them under the desk, otherwise they will be jamming into the front edge of the desk all the time, so they may as well not be there at all. The seat material is also a pet hair magnet, if you have a cat, it's hairs will get woven into the fabric, it's very difficult to get off. The smooth surface of the material will also get very dirty, if you touch it with your hands it will leave dead skin cell gunk on it.

i came soooo close to getting this chair a month or 2 ago when it was i think 25% off. came out to like 1480 USD or something at the time, cant remember specifically. i was sure i would be working remote at the time so i was about to jump in but procrastinated and the sale passed. seems i'll be returning to office soon in actuality, but this chair is still on my wish list. maybe a christmas present to myself.

anyway lol, great video again man. glad i found your channel. your desk setup aesthetic is how i lean. cannot stand any products that lean heavily in the gamer vibe like the racing chairs. are you still using the LG 32GS monitor anymore? or did you decide to stick with a different 4k240 OLED?

that advice is interchangeable, i think people if you're not using your chair a lot, then your car.

That's expensive. Hopefully, you can do a review on an ergonomic chair for poor people.

Actually purchased this chair two weeks ago, but returned it this past weekend. Overall the chair was amazing, great ergonomic feel compared to my Secret Lab Titan Evo XL. The seat cushion and the back with the articulated springs was a joy to sit on. I could immediately feel a release of tension in my lower back and my tailbone, which I've had problems with of late. BUT, the deal breaker for me was the arms. I'm 5'11", 305lbs and the arms even at their furthest extension (height and width) still kept digging into my sides. So my take away is that if you are the right size, this chair is the GOAT. If not, you will have problems that can't be overcome vs the cost of the chair.

Glad I didn’t have to watch the whole video to find out from the comments that this chair is $1500. Absolutely not.
