Acolytes spawn at the same rate in all SP missions, just do any SP endless mission that you find fun and can handle, farm for something else while you're at it if you're a try hard (like void fissures or smthn)

Dont forget to do this in a endless fissure mission, as the resource bonus from opening many relics works with steel essence

I like farming Omnia fissures on lua because you can farm lua thrax plasm to sell to Yonta for more arcanes

Best bang for your buck is doing any endless on Zariman, Conjunction Survival in Lua or Endless on Sanctum you get resources that can then be turned into more arcanes either for trading or to convert into vosfor for that sweet arcane gambling along with the acolyte spawns in SP. Specially during Fissures, since you get bonus Essences from relics as well.

2nd best imo sp kuva survival/defense relics -(just helps maximize rewards ie if you want arcanes farming kuva alongside it -(and black mods, adapters) is better than playing to farm kuva while no 1 is easily sp zaramin relics, just sp zaramin youll always get acolytes on sp and the big dudes that turn into energy-(the ones you kill with the operator) drop zone specific arcanes -(the molt arcanes) relics plus sp farming with a smeeta and a 2x + drop chance booster can addd up rq -(i think the 2x and smeeta work on dropped arcanes -(ik it works for kuva but im not 100% sure on the arcanes but it should effect everything thats dropped, picked up

I would say conjunction survival fissures/requiem kuva survival is better. You just get more from it.

The first acolyte spawns after 5 mins.
Every following acolyte spawns 5 mins after defeating the last acolyte.
However, if the objective has been completed, or failed, or if youre in duviri, the acolyte will not spawn.
So, if you want to farm sayas vision in steel path, do not wake the Oni.

You should try doing a steel path void cascade you get at crazy fast and then you can talk to loid to turn them into other arcanes

I'm almost entirely certain that the acolyte spawn timer Starts when the mission loads not starts but I am probably tripping 😅

I prefer Murmur on Deimos. The Harmony is very useful there

I tend to switch between Mot and Ani, since the relic and aya drop rates are different

And then you have Void cascade on the zariman which is the real arcane/ steel essence spot.

The first one spawns with in the first 10ish mins after that it's every 5 mins from the time you kill the last one .

Do this on lua survival for more arcanes that you can trade in for vosfor

So far void cascade has given me the most in the shortest amount of time
