You could have called the police, chances are they would go and investigate… if they had they definitely would have seen the blood you described. They would have then called the owner of the home and maybe found out who the person was you and your friends saw but will never know now because you didn’t call the police. In a situation like that it’s best to call the police if they do nothing then at least you did your part.
