I found your videos yesterday and I have to say, you've laid out such great tips and clear reasoning. I really feel like I've wasted so much time watching the YT jump rope giant channels. They try to offer beginner tips, but they can't because they're so out of touch with what it's like to be a beginner. I took your advice and skipped 30 mins non-stop boxer skip today for the first time. I'd been clinging to the standard bounce with breaks for two weeks. Thank you. Great channel. I'll stay tuned.
