Analog horror godzilla roar

Godzilla is a genuinely terrifying idea, but people are so used to him and the idea so under utilized. The horror in Godzilla is just really overlooked

imagine the absolutely NIGHTMARISH adrenaline rush you'd get if a Godzilla sized beast actually LOOKED at you, something so larger than life noticing and paying attention to pretty much an insect? especially with that expression, seeing it as a rubber suit it's funny but seeing it as if it were a living creature? *shudder*
EDIT: and i have more to say! Godzilla's roar, any of them are all AWESOME. it can be scary, it can be cool, it can be BOTH! it can pass as a real animal sound, and (for my over analyzing ass) invoke the image of a warplane ripping through the air above. An Enola Gay level disaster localized into the sound this MONSTER effortlessly makes on it's own.

This video basically sums up what Godzilla was, a horror character, not a hero. It brings back the darkness and evil Godzilla had in the first movie in 1954. That’s what I like about this video, also we need to bring back the evil and horror character Godzilla once had.

Here's the thing; if this was happening in real life, you wouldn't just hear it, you'd feel it. The roar itself would resonate throughout your body, you'd feel the sound in your chest, and the worst part would be, there would be no escaping this. Your only move would be to hide and hope it didn't notice you, but even if it wasn't looking at you, its mere presence would still be rumbling through your core. And God help you if it took notice of you.

I had a nightmare that was something like this…

I was in Tokyo, 1955, it was night and everything was black and white. I was all alone standing atop a building near Tokyo bay, no people to be seen, the city dead quiet, even the wind was at a stand still. The only source of light was from the white glow of the moon.

I looked out towards the sea and that’s when I saw it… a creature from the Jurassic era. The distant shape of Gojira stood far out on the horizon, however I could see it’s eyes clearly from afar…

They were not normal… they were pale, unblinking, and soulless. A feeling of pure dread filled my body as I stared at Gojira. Nothing crazy happened, but I felt trapped in a prison of fear as I could not look away from those soulless eyes… fearing the creature would come closer… fearing the demon would claim me…

I really cannot describe how scary the "Godzilla Raids Again" iteration of Godzilla was. But, you managed to make him even scarier, with bigger eyes and pupils, angry eyebrows, staring at me while roaring backwards in an almost black screen, with a creepy smile, and...







...he is always watching you.
