this does not work - it keeps disconnecting my physical ethernet adapter - (no not wireless) - then there's a mass of information saying there's no media connected lol. - once I type ipconfig /renew it turns the ethernet adapter back on, but gives no ip address? - Is this because my physical media is connected to a router? - thx for any help - RR

Random question... my internet light on my router is soild amber. I plug my modem directly to my laptop and I do I have internet but when I plug the modem to my router the internet light stays a soild yellow. Thoughts ?

I tried typing both commands and still get the same error message in both cases saying: (No operation can be performed on Connexion au réseau local while it has its media disconnected)
So can’t get access to the wifi I was having access to this morning. Which is odd.

TIP - Those of you that find this dosnt work - You sometimes have to switch your Modem / Router Off and on again
I wont give any more info as many have had their IP'S Banned and want to get New IP's

It didnt work for me initially, but I have worked out the Fix !!
