Samsung Galaxy S10 - How to Record your Screen (Official Update)

If you are a Samsung Galaxy S10 owner, you can now record screen. A recent official update from samsung to their good lock app has now activated the screen recording functionality to the S10, S10e and S10+.

There is no record version anywhere on a screen shot. At least not on my Galaxy S10 Plus.

This seems to be a question many ppl want to know. How did you get that screenshot button. I feel that should have been something you added in the video as well. Seeing that just because you do the download that button is not there, and I am almost certain you knew it would be asked in the 1st place.

When i take a screenshot it's only showing me tag icon, no screen recorder icon

I love having to find, add, and access an app in order to download an app to enable downloading an app to enable setting up a bunch of things to enable screen recording. It's so fun and convenient.

You can add any app to the built in Game Launcher app and it has an easy to use trigger for recording and screenshots in the menu with your home, back and recent buttons.
Also for a screenshot you can simply do a palm swipe which uses less touches and doesn't require multiple button presses.

I should have just did this video myself but now that I told this guy how it all works I'll just let him do it..

Yoo Galaxy S10+ users.. the latest update in Nov wont let you do this from a screenshot which was a major bummer BUTTTT i just figured out that the screen recorder is still available in my overall apps pages. just open it from there. i was under the impression that it was completely gone. it is NOT! actually easier bc i dont have to start with a screenshot! full audio and voice recorder involved too. this guy should update this video to tell people. .

I see alot of people are having trouble finding it so here's what I did: What I did was look up smth already Samsung (like samsung gallery) then pressed the 'created by Samsung' then I scrolled through their apps till I found good shot then followed the rest of the steps in the vid. Hope this helps!! :D

Thank you!! I've been trying to screen record for 2 hours now and finally came across this video! Work's 100%, when you've downloaded the apps you have to go into the app to make sure it records the sound as its selected automatically to mute, but once you change it its fine, thank you!

Good lock is not available in my country

For everyone who doesn't have good lock, you can also search nice lock on play store. If you still can't download nice shot from there, then go to the website apk mirror and download from there

There is no Good Lock app in Galaxy Store

When i install good lock, I opend the app and don't see "Nice Shot" option to install. Why don't I have that available to download? Help please. Thanks

If its not there go to software updates and keep updating it. Sometimes it will say your up to dats, but if the record screen feature isnt there, go to software update and continue updating ur phone. I did this and it worked
