Russia-Ukraine war to dominate agenda of G20 foreign ministers' meeting in New Delhi

India wants to use its G20 presidency this year to focus on issues such as alleviating poverty and climate finance, but the Ukraine war and its effects are set to dominate the agenda of meetings. Dr Jonathan Luckhurst, professor of international relations at Soka University, shares his thoughts with CNA's Asia First.
