something about the chorus just makes me feel this emotion that overwhelms me and almost makes me think about how we all in theory come from primates and no matter what we try to do to suppress it, there is always something else inside of us that society may not think should be “let out” but sometimes it’s alright to let your true self out rather than trying to “be your best self” for the others around you. But who knows, I could be totally wrong and she just made this song up in her head. But that’s what makes music beautiful in my opinion, so many different people use it for different reasons. For example I know most people probably love this song and it makes them happy, but for me I love this song because it reminds me that I’m human and that humans have emotions and sometimes it’s alright to let them out!
