Kon nichiwa, why at 2:40 shuu is said isshuukan and nana is said nanoka?

I have questions. Why is clock "tokei" but the example sentence uses "dokei"? Also, for minute the word is fun but the example used is pun. I know that certain minutes are pronounced either fun or pun, but I feel like both examples should be shown here, to avoid confusion?
