Unhoused residents in Sacramento told ABC10's Devin Trubey they'd trade a tent for a bed any day, but mandatory shelter housing doesn't work for everyone.

There is help out here !
I was homeless with a 30 year drug addiction, accepted help and never have to live like that again !
Many People out there refuse help because they have to follow simple rules.
If I didn't address my addiction before I was re introduced into society, my behavior absolutely would not have changed !
Without behavioral change recovering from most homeless dilemmas is futile !!!

It's a vivacious cycle if given a bed how long can you stay. It strange because housing homeless mentally ill homeless its a listing battle because they do not act right its dangerous I don't want to see my self getting killed because of it.

Let's hire a bunch of none homeless people with money to help the homeless. I'm glad they have the city and county on the same page. But I'm glad someone finally ask us homeless what might help. You should tell the city and county to do the same. For a real story about were the money is going try to get a hold of me. You will get a real story

thier plan announcement was thatnthey are nowmsending more outreach people there every week..lolol…if a patch isnt working the city will put more of the same kind of patches n..lolol
