Naz, you’re so hard on yourself. It’s actually unreal how you balance going to nyc, the us open, fashion week, create a YouTube video, make time for tik toks also, get back, take care of household stuff, kids, etc!! I follow many YouTubers and you are the most consistent. You should be proud of yourself for getting that much done, and you are still telling yourself it’s not enough. You’re being too hard on yourself. Take a moment to pat yourself on the back and appreciate yourself for how much you’ve done, and then also the things you want to adjust you can make a plan moving forward to adjust. Also, this YouTube video was very entertaining so i don’t know why you think it’s not good ❤

Selfishly, I love your content is separate from TikTok. Watching your YouTube videos feels like my safe place, (not something targeted towards the masses on TikTok). And let’s be real— you have a loyal af following and for exactly that, what you’ve BEEN DOING! Do not overthink it, we love you Naz🩷jaaaah😻🤗

Sometimes i wish tiktok didnt become a thing. It definitely took a toll on youtube. Views have gone down, people dont even click on the app like before. It definitely hurt YouTube creators. Naz you are one of the few who even consistently upload on here

awe naz, i don’t have tiktok so i can’t speak to it, but as someone who pretty much only consumes family content, i don’t know another mommy influencer who girl bosses as hard as you! it actually blows me away everytime. and maybe this is all just a perspective thing. other girls might be making five tik toks a day, but you have a loyal following on every platform, a beautiful family, your own home, a new pod!, just so much wealth that the other girls only dream of. i promise you aren’t under performing—if anything you’re working yourself to the ground😫 only you know your numbers and how you wanna balance your time but just know imma come back every upload! long form content is where it’s at for me!! my comfort watch every week ily please take care of yourself💓

Girl honestly not posting on all socials might lose you some money but when people post too much it’s like a over saturated feeling to the content like having some mystery & letting people miss you is what makes them so interested when you do post cause it’s not like you’re overdoing it. Some people lose their audience from just too much imitation of other people that they completely lose their original audience. More opportunities doesn’t always mean more success, so you shouldn’t see it as a complete loss! Keep your head up love you 🥰

Hey Naz ❤ as a therapist, this seems to be deeply rooted. Beliefs about yourself such as (possibly) I’m not good enough. No amount of work or accomplishments will get rid of these beliefs. I highly recommend doing some therapy to explore the roots of these beliefs. Why you feel you have to work hard to be good enough, or justify your existence in a way. Wishing you the best. We’re all on our healing journeys ❤❤❤❤

naz! listen lady, i love you, your family, and your content. i have since 2015. you have ALWAYS been killing it. i promise you i’ll be here regardless of long or short form content. shocked you’re saying this isn’t a good vlog because if it wasn’t, how did it turn my bad day around? moochie saying “vegetable” alone made my entire night. i laughed SO hard so many times during this video. your real ones will always be here to watch your content. long or short. youtube. podcast. tiktok. ig. everything. the girlies posting 5 tiktoks per event aren’t doing NEARLY as much as you. the imposter syndrome is real. also, doesn’t matter to some of us what time you post these videos. i’m watching after work regardless. or the next day. or right when it drops because i happen to be on a sick day. i can go on and on.. read these comments. indulge in the support. remind yourself who TF YOU ARE. mwah ❤️

Naz it’s surprising to see you not feel like you’re doing enough when so many of us look up to you. It shows how much we struggle with appreciating where we are. You’re doing so good girl 💗✨ But these moments are part of being human

This vlog was actually so good. As long time subscribers, we understand that not all weeks look the same so we don’t expect the vlogs to look the same. We love and appreciate you showing up on YouTube! Give yourself some credit mama, you are crushing it!💖

Oh Naz :( the end made me sad! I feel you and have been in a similar situation. I really think you’re burning out, this is what the tiredness is. You can love your job, your family, etc. and still be burned out. You have A LOT of pressure on your shoulders: taking care of all your family financially, having a big career, wanting the best for your kids and not wanting to miss anything with them. But I really feel like that’s too much pressure for one person😢 anyways, be gentle with yourself, you’re doing A LOT. ❤

Naz don’t be so hard on yourself. You did great in this video. I’m surprised you showed us so much. Especially how busy you were in New York. Love your content on all platforms. Give your self a pat on the back and keep going Mama.

It’s called being grateful for what you have and appreciating the moments that you once prayed and wished for instead of always wanting more that’s the devil, god bless 🙏

If I was rich in money, I would give you a big bag of it so you did not have to worry about losing money over TikTok. Do not compare yourself to the other influencers who make 5 TikToks about an event. You have to remember that you do put a lot of effort in Instagram and Youtube, you have a husband and three kids (so a whole ass house to run). As you said you are exhausted. You need to be a happy momma for your kids babes. I hope you can find some more balance and peace in the things you are struggeling with. Just so you know, I'm so proud of you sis <3

sounds like imposter syndrome and over comparisons w you peers. as sad as the end was its nice to see you being real and relatable - we all go through deflating moments, id rather see you talk about your emotions and have real candid moments with us than another "my day as a mummy" vlog bc youre more than just a mother, youre you before anything else and its fine for you to be feeling the way you do! granted youre not going to want to pick a camera everytime youre crying but it could be some sort of healing/venting space for you w your followers

It's okay Naz you reached the age of 25 and it's called the Quarter Life Crisis, around this age all the way up until 30 you start to shed your skin, past traumas resurface, and the need for purpose becomes very prominent. Start by connecting with your inner child . What did that little girl like to do ? What dreams did she have ? Is she fulfilling them ? What made her happy ? Hope this helps 🤍

Naz is under a lot of pressure to maintain the lifestyle she was able to secure for her entire family and yes Mel and her family clearly support her but it’s ultimately up to Naz to maintain being a influencer because she herself is the “product” that is being monetized. Her life and who she is individually is being monetize. I could be totally wrong but I think Naz needs someone who can support her into living a softer life and help balance out the financial stress bc she is the breadwinner. She has no choice but to work and be a mom and there are no days off bc she doesn’t have the extra support.
