I have only a 2 year degree and Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology and have worked as a Space Laboratory Engineering Technician for Lockheed Aerospace Environmental Testing Laboratory for 17 years, and have worked with all types of Engineers and learned a lot from them, and now I am retired and still learning these advanced conceopts the WHY'S OF PHYSICS / ENGINEERING and Mathematics. The list of the right is not required if the constant in the denominator is missing you can added and devide it outside the inverse laplace
Inv laplace of 1/(s^2+B^2) =(1/B) Inv laplace of B/(s^2+B^2) =(1/B) cos(Bt)

nice work on the laplace transforms so far, do you have a similar course on Fourier transforms? I admit i´ll never really use it, us chemists are happy to know our computers handle that (NMR spectroscopy works by fourier transforming the signal if I recall correctly. Well modern NMRs do) but I´m teaching basic maths for Chemists atm and why do we deal with Taylor series? because that´s what our calculator does, and we need to know what happened if the calculator spits out garbage (plus Taylor series are a powerful tool to describe unknown functions) So I can´t on one hand tell the first years "we need to know that, we can´t be complacent just because we have tools that do the heavy lifting for us" and be complacent because I have tools that do the heavy lifting for me^^ It just seems a bit hypocritical.
