I was born and grew up in Dalat but moved to the US 20 years ago. You guys experienced more things in Dalat than I have ever done. Glad to see you like it there. Dalat is always the most beautiful city to me. Last year I took my husband there and he loved it.

i think you should stay at least a month in Dalat, and take the bus/Taxi to Phan Rang for the beach - it's 2hrs away

If you will come back to Dalat next time . Let me know, I will take you to some other beautiful places in that town . I lived in DL since 2001 . BTW, have ever tried the Nem Nuong Ninh Hoa in Nha Trang ? It's much better than the one in DL
