Let’s be honest we’ve seen quality players leave throughout the years, and as a Leeds fan who remembers the O’Leary squad getting dismantled I guess you become mentally tougher. Gotta be honest I didn't see this coming, I thought I would be Summerville and Gnonto to go first, I hoped and thought Archie was ours for another year, he was guaranteed football at Leeds but I guess Brentford have made the same offer of regular first team prem football. Good luck to him.

This says a lot about the 49ers ambitions with our club. If they wanted to bring us back to the heights we should be at, Archie would have been the center of our team, our captain. But yet, against his wishes by all accounts, we sell him at the first bid. And for anyone who thinks we’ll keep Summerville, there isn’t a chance in hell of that happening.

Sensible move for him, Brentford are brilliant at developing young talent. As a Bees fan, we pluck mainly unknown players out of hot air. If it goes through he could have the same impact on us as Pontus did.
