Proper taught me a lesson here, im working on a RV roof myself and now I know how not to do it, as I was gonna put that stuff on but knew nothing about the polystyrene issue....!! Phew glad I looked, now im gonna get a fibreglass rolls and a paint thingy now :) haha, Cheers, your the Man

How did you get the paint coded, i see a guy come with some sort of machine? I would have a go at mine its just a few localised chips but don't know how to match the white up

Use 2 part epoxy resin (eg West Systems 105/205. A mini pack is < £25 )rather than polyester resin - it doesn't attack polystyrene and is much stronger. Use it neat with thin fibreglass mat or microfibres for strength as a base layer, mix with filler for easier sanding and paste like stiffness as a top layer.
