I don’t think it’s a bug. Sudaruska was a warrior that had the title of The Unbroken. In her final moments she put her very wellbeing into her axe, slicing through thousands of Ministry members in an instant. When she fell, her soul was put in her axe. It’s also the reason why it trash talks Ministry NPCs when you kill them.

i dont think its actually layer 2 loot man, its just that the axe is tied to minityrsa, you cant get any layer 2 stuff from there.

If I had to guess they probably did that intentionally for the ice legendary since the lady who infused with the weapon used to rule over ministrya before the contractors jumped her and took it.

it's not layer 2 loot, it's regular minityrsa loot which also includes gran sudaruska (it's probably an intentional drop there as well)

Crazy cause I knew this from the start, I’ve gotten a total of 15+ enchants just from clearing the base out on repeat in 2 days

erisia is a pretty decent enchant grinding place if you can 1 shot everything (i've gotten too many enchants to count from there)

I also got a gran sudaruska and I got like 3 enchants :)

i think layer 2 is still better, people farm layer 2 for the medallions not the legendary weapons, it gives access to like 50 weapon enchants a day with active farming.

I got a two star gran from there. If you see the enchants guards on the lower floor on the left, it has a higher chance of putting better loot in the chest.

the enchant rate is high bc the lootpool in the chests is high, more stuff in chest = bigger chance for enchant

good for grinding but for some reason i don't want to grind in there
1. you can just grind hive mech in minityrsa i got like 2 enchant in one chest
2. crypt of the unbroken is scary in my opinion and you need friend too but your friend might take enchant
3. grinding crypt of the unbroken you need to kill like more than 10 time and you can get the enchant which kinda long

Minityrsa chest grinding is also pretty good but this is way better (this advice is for the freshies who want free loot by server hopping chest farm)

yeah crypt is pretty good for loot, the shrine of temptation is there as well to reroll mantras
