Imagine if they said "Sure, as per the law, you may fly from outside of our private land, into the CAA controlled air space, please be advised that you will be responsible for any accidents or incidents caused by your legal drone flight which would be subject to a police investigation. Thanks for publicising our site for free of charge, and we look forward to viewing the video".

Safe to fly a drone over as it’s not restricted airspace below 120m.
