Election Commission of India on Sunday told political parties that its ban on victory procession is being flouted. EC had asked parties to not celebrate during and after the counting of votes. Meanwhile, 13 leader of Opposition issued a joint statement urging Centre to launch free mass vaccination drive. Also, Oxygen Express with 120 MT liquid medical oxygen reached Delhi on Sunday.
