I believe people want to eat better and avoid health problems. Unfortunately many people can not afford many of these foods especially organic fruits and vegetables.

I am seriously allergic to Flax and Chia..Along with many other foods. I ordered your book in hopes that I can find something that will help me with chronic gastritis, diverticulosis, SEVERE abdominal adhesions and diabetic (no longer on insulin though) I appreciate watching and listening to you and your information.

I have t Subscribe to you.Yes, because I have a history of blood clots.I was hospitalized 2 times with blood clots. But they even called in the surgeon and consulted. Open I had a third one and I didn't have to go to the hospital. Is caused by bad gene in my system.
And it's very important to me. To watch everything that you put out. Because I don't want to have to go through that agai. Have some other issues too. I'm on a cane. I am 67 years Old and I want to feel betsir. So you're very important to me and what all you say.

I grew up on a farm, so tomatoes were a daily staple. I always assumed they were healthy, and you explained how its true. I'm sure you've heard of Dr. Gundry. He says tomatoes are bad because of the lectins. He's very opposed to anything with lectins, including peanut butter. What is your advice?
