Idk if I'm looking too far into this, but this song makes me think of a little girl having a lot of trauma, but she keeps sugar coating it because she's so little. To me, it sounds like a little girl with a complicated home life, Miss Sussie being someone close to her, maybe her mother, and Miss Sussie is being SAd and so is the little girl, so the little girl thinks all these that are happening to her are normal.
