[21380 P3] Killing svchost.exe in OOBE

The problem with this build is the State Repository Service, which in this build leaks memory to slow down performance.

When I'm trying to bypass the OOBE, I did the process to stop svchost from running. Suddenly, it crashed all of a sudden, because a critical process died. Not sure if it's me or anybody else whos experiencing this issue when stopping the service, especially if it also apply to other builds. To recap what I did in part 1, running the OOBE in this build on UTM slows down, which honestly sucks. I guess both VMWare and Virtualbox perform better results, but not for me.
