225g of softened butter
240g light brown sugar
225g granulated sugar
Whisked until light and fluffy
40ml milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
300g heat treated plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
Mix and stir in choc chips.

Ingredients:
225g softened butter
240g light brown sugar
225g granulated sugar
40ml milk
½tsp vanilla
200g heat treated plain flour
½tsp salt (+ extra for topping)
200g chocolate chips
150g dark chocolate
50ml double cream

1) Line an 8x8" baking tin with baking paper.

2) Add the butter and both sugars to a large bowl and whisk them together until light and fluffy.

3) Add the milk and vanilla and whisk until combined.

4) Mix in the plain flour and salt to form a dough.

5) Fold in the chocolate chips.

6) Scoop the mix into your tin and smooth it out, then put it in the fridge.

7) Melt the dark chocolate and double cream together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.

8) Pour the chocolate mix over the cookie dough and smooth it out.

9) Sprinkle salt over the top.

10) Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum.

11) Enjoy!
