i dropped my s24u and tried to catch it, ended up slapping it across the room right into the corner of a table. Picked it up, saw it was broken and started letting out all the expletives. Took me about a minture of seething to remember i had a screen protector on it and it was completely fine.

That's how you do it! Seems like loads of businesses forget about repeat customers, if I find out I've been swindled I'll never go there again, leave a bad review, tell all my friends etc. but if I get great service like this I'll do the opposite and recommend the place to friends and leave a great review. Seems pretty simple but it's mad how many places forget treating the customer well
