Unified communications: #5 social media can be productive

I just started a new job, and after years of knowing exactly who I could call for help and when, now I had no idea who the experts were and who could help me when I had a question. To be truthful, I was a little overwhelmed. Where do I begin? Who do I go to for help? Yes, of course, my boss was great. But I couldn't be bothering him constantly, that wouldn't be fair to either of us.
