What do you mean by "bad battery life"? Whats a better convertible with this power?

Don't know if you got a new laptop in the past year but I had the same problem with the tinny speakers and complete lack of bass in the headphone jack.... It is a problem with the audio driver... Go to device manager and reinstall previous version. Hope this helps!

The panels just don't seem to be reliably made... I have a XPS 12 9Q33 and the bottom right corner is having some kind of delamination problem sadly, and there seem to be a few reports of it. It hasn't been abused or dropped either! Have you had any problems with this in 2018?

At the end of first year, liquid started coming off from lcd screen edges.. Such a bloody bad experience never again.. Reported to us hq with no I can share screen photos with whoever is concerned abt a frustrated user.. Btw ive paid the highest price at first debut thinking it d pay off as a quality tablet pc.. But no.. So sorry for my choice..
