The fact that they can shave $80-$100 from the price really shows how much useless 'features' are inflating the prices of motherboards. Hopefully other manufacturers will feel the competition and start moving towards no-nonsense designs!

Asrock has been killing it with their AM5 boards. I love the "lite" idea

Crazy to think a few years ago we lambasted ASRock for being dodgy, and now all this time later they have come full circle and are starting to become the better choice in terms of motherboards. Great to see that the community has some pull in getting these brands to sort their shit out!

IMO they should have just removed the VRM heatsink on the B650E Taichi Lite. The VRM it on is soo freaking overkill. Even some of 14 power stage VRMs can overclock a 7950X without a heatsink

Kudos to asrock for the lite boards, I've never wanted rgb on the motherboard.

The market is needing minimalistic boards but with good features. Good sound, but I dont need more slots, I only need two ram sticks for 64 gigs at better speed. All my clients turn off the rgb they wanted so badly because they get super annoyed after 1 week. Minimalistic high end boards. I support this 100%.

I like seeing the postcode on what should be more midrange boards. Its not an expensive feature to implement and should save some headaches even for the manufacturer

Wow, that little ITX system looks incredibly promising! Please do everything in your power to get one to review.
Very happy to see the cut-down boards as well. This is very much needed and hopefully will send a message to the industry. ASRock looking really good this year, hoping for some good reviews down the line.

I'm very happy to see boards with up to six M.2 slots. Reminds me of about 2011 where cases had huge HDD racks and like eight SATA ports for maximum storage. Now it's feasible to just fully populate the board and use all the slots up for professional workloads, or just be a madman and RAID 0 them all.

Loving the Computex coverage. This is actually thrilling stuff! I felt like that other tech convention was wildly gimmicky…

So the B650E Taichi Lite goes straight onto my radar.

Well done Asrock

This is great! I just commented on a Kit Guru Computex video lamenting the lack of budget friendly hardware being shown. It seems most of the focus at Computex has been on higher end hardware, more "enthusiast" grade stuff that, while being very interesting to look at, is beyond the vast majority of PC users wallets and interest.

So, well done to ASRock for ditching all the unnecessary, and expensive, fluff on a range of new boards.

I bought my am5 asrock b650 PRO RS for $180 and it was my first ever asrock build, and 8 months later i have no issues and only compliments. Good to see them introducing some budget boards, very appreciated asrock!

I'm looking more and more into ASRock's 'boards...they seem to be taking the AM5 series very seriously. I definitely want to try out that case/'board/power supply setup, looks great!

The boards stripped of useless 'features' are great!! Also very interesting is the use of an SSD from Solidigm.

Buildzoid is going to have a field day with these new boards having tons of useful OC features.

ASRock has really become my go-to brand. Good BIOS, and usually the best for the money.

I have the 6800XT Taichi GPU and the build quality is fantastic. From my experience so far, it's a solid brand.

I absolutely appreciate function-focused motherboards and encourage Asrock to pursue them.

Great microphones guys! Your audio is much clearer and louder than any other I heard from computex! I'm listening to your video on half as loud and it is still easier to understand what you say.
