What problems are you running into while learning to make content. Maybe we can have Scotty boy do some more videos in the future.

I think Scott did a great job. He explained everything fairly clearly without taking too long to explain each part of the process. I also appreciate the fact that he was still able to explain the exact things to do for those using Final Cut, but also prefacing that the techniques used will work regardless of the program you use.

I'm obsessed with the editing section of this video, I've seen a lot of creators doing editing tips but they don't do it specifically for gaming so the tips for comedic effect and subtitling were things that I've never seen before and REALLY needed, please do more editing tips and tricks I beg you!!

Scott did great, and summarized the process perfectly. He does say "gonna wanna" a lot though lol.

Look fairly well rested for a guy that got eaten by a T-Rex earlier today.

I was worried that Sam was gone. I loved hearing him speak from the heavens

I love the way you all interact with each other. Especially Sam coming in like the voice of a God from the heavens

The planning the content has been a big shift in my mindset as of late. Definitely looking forward to implementing that soon.

9:36 “If you’re a content creator, practice making well rounded content.”
Personally that piece of advice is golden. I am afraid of being mediocre due to not having guidance or a direction that felt proper to my content, for some reason those words resonated with me. I stopped streaming / creating because I have been looking for this truth, well rounded content to me means trimming the edges that are unnecessarily long, like tangent topics. I gotta keep the meaty part of the conversation without worrying about cutting what’s irrelevant. Thank you, I feel confident moving forward through the natural mediocrity that comes with being a new content creator who believes in his work.

All of this is super helpful, it's just finding the time in the day to do it all. Working a 40 hour job plus streaming and editing all of my own videos is pretty time consuming.

Sam speaking from the heavens to correct Scott is something I didn't know I needed to see but I'm glad it happened. Loved the vid Scott, very helpful!

Just a little note here, I was one of the best players in the world on Pokemon Snap and it didn't matter because the game was a casual game for 99% of the people who were interested in it. So even being the best at something doesn't matter all the time.

I feel like planning/number 5 is the hardest and most differential tip that really separates creators. Thanks for the quick video

The flashback recording is such a useful tip. I’ve been downloading VODs but I wish I had been recording with 4K capture in the background, and using replay buffer on OBS. Now I will. I just haven’t decided wether to record Raw gameplay or my stream layout. Since I’m recording my camera as well.

Maybe you should show and teach on how to edit a 16 : 9 video into a 9 : 16 video for YT shorts and tik tok

Scott did a great job. The video editing he reviewed was very helpful for me since I struggle with it at times.
