Mazdaspeed 3 vs. Subaru WRX somewhere in Mexico

Speeds are dangerous in a roll due to fast turbo spool, respectable power numbers, lower weight and really good gearing. A speed3 will roll on any gen WRX stock vs stock or with comparable mods. WRX obviously has a major advantage from a dig, but in terms of performance once you are already moving a speed definitely has the advantage.

I'ved owned both a Mazdaspeed 3 and a WRX. Both were stage 2 (WRX is my current car). The Mazdaspeed 3 was definitely faster from a roll. Especially at highway speeds, from 100kph onward, the Mazdaspeed 3 would EAT the WRX> From a dig, different story, the 2 step on the WRX is actually intense. I prefer the performance of the Mazdaspeed honestly, but the reliability and driveability of the WRX is great, rev matching, heel toe, pulling out of a slow corner, all feel spectacular in the WREX. Can't go wrong with either honestly, they both have their merits. Fanboys need to chill. The lack of torque steer is nice on the WRX though haha.

Despite whichever car you favor it's fairly obvious the driver of the wrx missed a shift. MS3s are great but that was just obvious.
