Olympio is the place that collects the most visits in the evenings, and I think the reason must lie with Dimitri, - the owner's friendly approach - good breakfast and lunch - and all variations of drinks in the evening. There is no question of asking you to sit down - that does not exists in Makry-Gialos - but a pleasant greeting that makes you want to sit down for a while.
It's relaxing to stop at Olympio for a drink before or after dinner, and raki with honey tastes delicious as ""A drink for the road" as Dimitri says.
