We had a neighbor who went nuts like this one day. She was elderly, had a doctor’s appointment and felt that the cars parked on the street were too close to her driveway. She repeatedly rammed into any car she could. She finally parked her car, a neighbor nice drove her to her doctor’s appointment. It wasn’t long after that that her house was sold. I assumed her adult children took over.
