It's maybe 1 am, you're driving with your wife/gf in the passenger seat. She is asleep, she is so calm, It's raining out and the only sound is her soft breathing, the sound of intermittent wipers, and the rain pattering down from above, you're eyes are fixed on the road but you too are content. you glance over to her for a moment, the street lights lighting up her face and you realize with that glance that she is the most beautiful woman you've ever met. You think of how lucky you are to be with them, that they are a part of your life. You feel a greater feeling than yourself. You think back to times of pain and all the times of self-doubt and it all makes sense, it lead you here.

If you're going through something right now and you think you're worth nothing. just know that one day, maybe not now, but one-day things will align and everything will make sense. Lifes a journey and its not about where you end up... it's about all the little stops along the way. So enjoy the little things, appreciate the small insignificant moments that make you smile. and hold on tight because of its one hell of a ride. one day that story above will be you.
