The view is good, but the house has zero charm. Looks like a dental office. Big doesn't mean cozy. Try cold and empty.

Initial ask for this house was too much. The current ask is not cheap either for that house! PASS.

The shark tank is probably the biggest deterrent for people interested in the home. Wild animals don't belong in the home.
