How do you know if you are aging well? These 3 exercises will give you a pretty good idea

1. Getting up from the floor without using your hands is a good marker of lower body strength and core strength

2. Putting on socks while balancing on one leg is a good test for core strength, vestibular and cerebellar function (brain areas that control balance). Having good balance is key to avoiding falls as you age.

3. A dead hang of 40 seconds is an excellent marker of grip strength, which in turn is a good marker of upper body strength and longevity. (If you are over 50 years of age, even 30 sec dead hang is a good metric)

Warning: if you have never tried these before, be careful to avoid falling or injury.

It highly depends on age of the person as well. This yardstick cannot use in same way for a 30 years old and 60 years old person. You please bring in the age linked yardsticks

Is my daily routine. But I am lazy I don't do this everyday.
College ke time accha excercise karta tha mai. Ab 27 saal ka ho gaya hun, sab chhut gaya😥😥
