Russia and China have had strong relations for years. Chinese absolutely love trading with Russia and love the Russian Ballet and Orchestra music.

In short and middle term, we need China. Short, middle and long term, China needs us all by our doing. We should welcome this approach

This is trash talk from a player whose team isn’t doing as well as they expected to. Influential people like him have always seen geopolitics as a great game, and everything he says has to be understood in that way.

The advantage of a Russia/China alliance of evil means we have one faction there instead of two. Just cements the necessity to separate ourselves economically from China as quickly and definitively as possible. It may not be easy, but at least it's a clear imperative.

...so if todays episode were to be released, say, during the time when BOTH parties were said to be investigated for taking, and/or storing CLASSIFIED docs. would that not be misconstrued the same illegal act and now a book has been written ??
