A couple of tip to help y’all out. Turn your pre and post flow argone to be a little longer so you don’t t undercut your welds. Also turn the HTz to 180htz. It will buzz like crazy but you’ll improve the penetration and flow 😊 of the welds to be more effective.

you can realy see the differences in the newer frames... (this one in the video) VS (mine) 2006 kx 450 f
now that being said... i was able to save the Yoke on MY kx f frame.. do you think the casting were of a poor quality? then the new versions of the kxf?

Have you guys done a KDX200? That would be a great project. For the less "west side" folks. Be cool to see. One of the local HS guys had one done up in a 125 frame. Came up for a sale a while back.
