As someone who was imprisoned in his hellscape of mind for so many years, know that you can choose the perspective.

As I was told once by a raspy but wise voice, when you hit your bottom that is when you'll be able to see your peak. Suffer to strive. Live life in a way you won't regret it when it finally flashes before your eyes when you are living your last moments. I am not saying you should live without regrets and do everything you want to, try learning to accept things that happen in your life, only when you don't accept what happened in your life will you have regrets. Learning to accept things is a beautiful moment when it finally happens.
