Apparently, Walz could have retired at 20 years of service, which most do, but instead, he stayed for another 4 years and retired in his 40s to run for Governor. Because of his high ranking, even if he had gone to Iraq, he would not have seen battle, but instead would have been someone officers reported to. Those in the military know how this works, and understand how disgusting and unpatriotic these lies are from JD Vance and Trump. It's not going to work. It will backfire.
